VMT vent: fixed flowrate preset to a value in the range 15–120 m³/h by positioning the centre disc.

VMTR vent: adjustable flowrate, used mainly in kitchen installations. Its two-cord operation allows the user to change the extraction rate of the vent on the fly within a predetermined range. Unless otherwise indicated, the flow rating of this vent is preset to 45m³/h at 100 Pascals, with a maximum of 105m³/h.

The vent fits directly onto a Ø125mm rigid duct. It can also be fitted onto a flexible duct, with a 3-claw drywall adapter for ceiling mounting or a metal or plastic adapter for wall mounting.

The graph opposite shows the flowrate vs pressure curves for VMT vents along with their Lw acoustic power levels in dB(A).

The figures at the top indicate the position R of the setpoint indicator in mm.

VMT: Slacken off the locking screw. Move the the centre disc to the selected distance. Tighten the screw.

VMTR: Close the vent by holding the cam in the “débit mini” position then slacken off the locking screw. Move the centre disc to the selected distance without allowing the cam to move. Tighten the locking scew.
